Meet The Founder
The Visionary behind The ADL Scholarship
My name is Cessidia De Biasio, and I am the founder of The Addolorata De Luca Leadership Scholarship. I am a 2015 University of Windsor graduate from the School of Social Work and a 2018 graduate with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the Odette School of Business. I am currently finishing my Master of Business Administration from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University. I am very committed to giving back to my community.
Volunteer Work
I am involved professionally and voluntarily with various non-profit organizations, including Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Windsor-Essex, The Downtown Mission of Windsor, and UNTOLD. I am an advocate for collaboration, vulnerability, kindness, volunteering, storytelling and mental health initiatives.
I was awarded the 2017 Athena Scholarship, the CANADA 150 Award of Distinction for Leadership from the Town of Amherstburg, and was one of Leadership Windsor Essex's 40 Leaders Under 40.
